Product Overview
This machine tool is a large-scale CNC equipment developed by our company for drilling, tapping, and reaming threaded holes on the end of train axles in the railway industry, including passenger and freight trains, subways, and high-speed trains.
It can meet the requirements of drilling, reaming, tapping, and processing of various groove type characteristic holes on the end faces of various types of axles, and can meet the large-scale production of compatibility with multiple types of axles.
The equipment is suitable for processing various metal materials for axle processing (such as high-quality carbon steel LZ35, LZ45, LZ50 from 35 to 50)
Adopting the method of simultaneous processing at both ends, the workpiece should be able to complete multiple processes such as drilling, chamfering, tapping, etc. for the end face and threaded hole of the axle after one clamping.
